Our team is expanding and we are looking for a new team member.
The Expert will be responsible for whole Pension contract processing cycle and will be joining the Luminor's Operations Department, Savings and Markets Processing Unit Lithuanian Team.

Responsibilities:
Collection of pension funds participants' payments and assigning them to the appropriate pension account, deduct contribution fee from incoming payments, adding new subscribed units to the appropriate participant's pension account;
Converting the participants' pension fund units into cash, making relevant deductions of exit fees and/or taxes, making cash pay-outs for redeemed units, prepare and execute cash transfers related to pension Fund switches and pay-outs to participants or other pension management companies;
Handling lists of pension funds participants and persons receiving pension pay-outs in PIFAS system in line with legal and regulatory requirements and internal procedures;
Making data exchanges between FTP servers and communicating with The State Social Insurance Fund (SODRA) regarding 2nd pillar Pension Funds registration, termination, execution and amendment;
Performing transfers of accrued contribution fee, exit fee, income tax, capital gain tax amounts in transit funds accounts after participants subscription and redemption operations to Pension Funds target accounts;
Consulting Luminor customers' facing employees regarding operations related issues;
Providing pension contract information and transaction data to Pension Management Company when requested;
Providing information to Auditors and FSA and other authorized parties.
Skills and Experience:
University, College degree in business, finance or banking;
Interest in Pension Fund accounting area or Mutual Fund Transfer Agent area (knowledge in these areas will be considered as advantage);
High responsibility, preciseness and accuracy;
Good communication and self-expression skills;
Able to handle several tasks at the same time, result orientation;
Proactive work approach and fast learning ability;
Lithuanian language skills.
