Senior System Analyst

Our team is expanding and we are looking for a new team member. This is the time full of new opportunities and chances to stand up and bring out the best in you! We are looking for Senior System Analyst who will be joining the Luminor BI & Data Department.

Responsibilities:

• Functional analysis of IT systems according business requirements
• Development and setup of IT Systems functionality if it is allowed by technical skills
• Consultment of developers, architects, business persons towards functional questions and System operations
• Ensuring of high quality level delivery in participated projects, deliveries, consultations
• Cooperation with business stakeholders, IT colleagues in description of functional requirements
• Consultation of contractors towards functional IT system specifics
• Consultation and training of younger colleagues
• Representation of Unit and IT interests inside and outside organization
• Preparation of documentation Micromanagement and leadership towards deliveries 

Skills and Experience:

• Professional experience with SQL
• Experience with Banking products
• Understanding about accounting processes
• Professional experience in requirements gathering and documentation preparation
• Understanding of Project methodologies – waterfall, agile
• Ability to be self-organized, balanced and show initiative
• Advanced English: fluent in all spoken and written communication
