Senior Product Manager is a critical role for Luminor’s success to drive product development agenda and achieve a competitive offering in the market. This role holds full end to end responsibility (incl. P/L) for an assigned product domain, also drives implementation of the best practices for product development in the company.
Responsibilities:
Defining and owning corporate lending product domain vision and roadmap:
- Deep insight in customer and stakeholders needs;
- Market trends, benchmarking with competitors;
- Ensuring product market fit, including P/L responsibility (shared with business);
- Develop product domain vision (incl target product portfolio) in-line with Luminor’s strategy and business needs;
- Develop product domain roadmap via transparent prioritization and stakeholder engagement;
- Ensure a balance between features, compliance requirements, risks and technical debt.
End to end process ownership:
- Ownership of product process;
- Ownership of product terms and conditions;
- Ensure product related processes and cost efficiency.
Leading the product development:
- Owning, developing and maintaining the product systems;
- Defining product investment needs;
- Strong stakeholder management to secure execution;
- Lead cross-functional teams/projects to deliver according a decided roadmap;
- Secure all necessary product support artifacts are in place;
- Practice MVP, iterative approach, own release schedule.
Skills and Experience:
- 3-5 years of experience in product development and/or product domain expertise;
- 1-3 years of experience in people management;
- Good understanding & knowledge of Corporate Business;
- Deep knowledge of customer needs in corporate lending area;
- Deep knowledge about corporate lending products and future trends in this area;
- Deep knowledge about product development;
- Experience working with data (product analytics; results of A/B tests);
- Stakeholder management experience;
- Initiative to learn quickly new tasks;
- Thoroughness, accuracy and accountability;
- Analytical thinking and ability to make decisions quickly;
- Good time management skills;
- Advanced English: fluent in all spoken and written communication.
