Project Portfolio Officer will be responsible for managing PMO and PPO functions, improving procedures/processes related to project risk governance, quality assurance and management activities, ensuring cooperation with other units within functional area. 


  • Control and optimize ways of working in Project risk management; own and maintain the process of Project risk management;
  • Act and implement new requirements to Project risk management from Risk appetite framework;
  • Provide feedback and propose changes to other interdepended processes that would allow to improve Project risk management ways of working;
  • Track and communicate project risks and issues to Leadership;
  • Escalate overdue critical risks and issues to relevant stakeholders;
  • Implement and communicate changes in Project risk management process and tools & templates;
  • Propose and implement more efficient ways of how to use tools that could support Project risk management process;
  • Guide and train users on how to use prepared templates and tools;
  • Collect and implement feedback on how used tool kit for Project risk management could be improved;
  • Communicate to the organization all changes that come from PMO;
  • Make sure and control the documentation quality of project risks;
  • Set, maintain and communicate project risk dashboards with Stakeholders on agreed cadence;
  • Control projects being compliant with project risk management process;
  • Set and maintain project risk management KPIs for project managers;
  • Propose and implement changes to improve KPI results.

Skills and Experience: 

  • Strong relationship building capabilities towards business areas, partners and suppliers;
  • Good understanding on project financials;
  • Result- and customer- orientation;
  • Organized and detail-oriented personality with a high level of accuracy;
  • High ethical standards, integrity, good reputation and a commitment to best practices;
  • Be able to show initiative, a high-level of responsibility and take ownership for problem solving;
  • Teamwork and collaboration oriented;
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
  • Advanced English: fluent in all spoken and written communication.
