Product Manager

Responsibilities: 

• Develop and maintain the card acquiring and e-commerce services in Luminor, according to the customer needs and Luminor overall strategy;
• Contribute to the sales units in preparing sales offers and solutions for the customer;
• Ensure contribution to a problem, incident, and crisis management;
• Provide internal trainings on the Acquiring unit products and related processes to sales, operational and support units of the bank;
• POS service development and compliance in Baltic level;
• Manage Acquiring unit products in local level. 

Skills and Experience: 

• Experience in e-commerce area, sales and understanding of the Merchant business is a big advantage.
• Strong business process management understanding
• Be able to show initiative, a high-level of responsibility and take ownership for problem solving.
• Analytical thinking and ability to secure decisions with data driven approach;
• Good time management skills;
• Advanced English: fluent in all spoken and written communication.
