Responsibilities:
Act as a counterparty towards local Luminor Risk organization, identify relevant stakeholders and represent Luminor Leasing;
Advice Luminor Leasing Sales, Partner Support and other units on credit and asset risks;
Analyze leasing credit decisions and propose changes to credit rules;
Implement and maintain in local credit instructions external regulations affecting credit granting of leasing (e.g. consumer financing, etc.).;
Implement and follow risk management practices according to Luminor policies, contribute to sound risk data in systems;
Analyze ACD to identify improvements, propose and implement changes in ACD in close cooperation with Development;
Develop credit processes in front-end system, define changes and coordinate implementation.
Skills and Experience:
3-5 years of experience in credit decision making or credit analysis in Leasing or Bank; risk modelling;
Understanding of risk modelling and risk grade calculations;
Leasing business and product knowledge;
Ability to coordinate and run cross-country/function projects, involving many stakeholders;
Excellent written and oral communication skills; effective collaboration skills; customer focus; analytical skills;
Be able to show initiative, a high-level of responsibility and take ownership for problem solving;
Advanced English: fluent in all spoken and written communication.
