Business Analyst (Credit Area)

Responsibilities: 

• Determination and structuring of business requirements at implementation of technology solutions in a cost-effective and efficient way in lending domain;
• Cooperation with business and IT units to define, analyze, document and further manage requirements throughout system or business development life-cycle for lending domain;
• Participation and contribution at implementation of technology solutions at the deployment stage (testing, determination of additional requirements, participation in bug fixing) in lending domain;
• Identify business process simplification opportunities and assess feasibility of possible technical solutions;
• Take role of business analyst/proxy product owner within Small IT development/project;
• Work collaboratively with development manager/product manager during the analysis process to ensure requirements of deliveries quality assurance;
• Participate at unit or user acceptance testing activities;
• Timely perform communication with other structural units and external companies on unit related activities. 

Skills and Experience: 

• Excellent knowledge of lending products, processes and IT systems;
• Strong IT development process management understanding;
• Analytical thinking and ability to make decisions quickly;
• Good time planning skills;
• Be able to show initiative, a high-level of responsibility and take ownership for problem solving;
• Advanced English: fluent in all spoken and written communication.
