Process Manager will be responsible for the end-to-end operational development, management and execution of the Requirements Engineering and Business Analysis related processes; will drive the process to ensure process goals and performance targets are achieved. 

Responsibilities: 

Plan and coordinate activities to implement, manage, monitor, improve and report on the process:

  • Work with Process Owner to define and communicate the process rules, workflows, roles, responsibilities, and accountabilities;
  • Ensure maintenance of process documentation and communication of changes to the process and technologies;
  • Create appropriate training materials and provide education to process users (“How to execute the process?”). Ensure competence development, including definition of competences and skills; organizing training;
  • Develop together with Process Owner and execute the process improvement plan. Follow process improvement requirements and restrictions defined by Process Owner to ensure alignment with other processes;
  • Oversee internal process related projects;
  • Work with Process Owner and other process managers to develop and organize interfaces with other processes.

Execute process specific tasks as required by the process (coordinate the errands, manage respective forums etc.), including:

  • Define processes methodology, tools, standards and templates used for business architecture modelling and requirements engineering;
  • Handle escalations of process deviation;
  • Perform delivery ad hoc quality check and consultation;
  • Support on external competence demand clarification;

Review effectiveness and efficiency of the process:

  • Analyse the process, verify that the process is fulfilling the goals;
  • Identify process critical success factors;
  • Identify and assess opportunities to optimise resource usage within the process;
  • Assess new tools for use by the process to improve process efficiency and effectiveness;
  • Identify and assess opportunities for process automation.

Develop and gather the process metrics in accordance with process KPIs;

Report on process improvements status, KPI’s and metrics to Process Owner and other stakeholders;

Ensure alignment/co-ordination with other processes. 

Skills and Experience: 

  • At least 3-5 years of proven experience in process management, including experience in the requirements engineering and business analysis processes;
  • Good knowledge on current IT processes and technologies within Luminor;
  • Experience in process management methods and methodologies. Ability to describe, document and communicate processes;
  • Experience in management of organisational changes;
  • Experience with managing matrix organisations and achieving results with indirect report lines;
  • Certification in CobiT, ITIL, CMMI and/or other IT process management frameworks, very good understanding of related principles;
  • Good knowledge about (decision) frameworks, affecting IT activities and Business - IT integration;
  • A relevant university degree within IT/Business or relevant work experience;
  • Project management experience and skills;
  • Ability to show initiative, a high-level of responsibility and take ownership for problem solving;
  • Advanced English: fluent in all spoken and written communication.
