Product Manager

Responsibilities:

• Building and implementing strategy for investment advice products in Luminor
• Full responsibility for end-to-end business process design and process efficiency
• Assuring all necessary ongoing support for country Sales organizations
• Proactively plan, deliver and follow-up of your personal tasks timely and according to the set quality standards, budget and Luminor values
• Contribute to team and company performance through effective collaboration 

Skills and Experience:

•  BFAA IA license is considered as advantage
• Good knowledge of Bank products, processes and IT systems
• Proven track of record in building advice related products
•  Good and up to date knowledge of investment advice area related regulations
•  Higher University Degree in Finance, Economics or Business Administration is preferred
•  Innovation mindset and ability to work simultaneously with many stakeholder
• Accuracy and analytical thinking
• Ability to make decisions quickly
