The successful candidate will be joining the Operational Risk Department, which is responsible for controlling and overseeing the management of operational risk across Luminor. 

As a member of the Operational Risk Framework Team, you will support the Operational Risk Framework Senior Manager in developing and maintaining Luminor’s operational risk management framework, quantification and risk metrics. You will work closely with senior stakeholders, participate in relevant interactions with regulators, and lead the maintenance of Luminor’s operational risk management framework.


  • Contributing to the development of the Luminor’s Operational Risk Management Framework
  • Coordinate alignment of framework elements with internal stakeholders across Luminor
  • Support the development of the Luminor’s Operational Risk metrics
  • Take an active role in the development of Operational Risk stress-testing scenarios and workshops
  • Participate in interactions with relevant internal and external stakeholders on Operational Risk framework elements and non-financial risk quantification related topics
  • Proactively identify and seize opportunities to improve operational risk management governance across Luminor


You should have a real passion for the subject matter of both qualitative and quantitative risk management and its regulation, and a strong sense of ownership of your work.  A conscientious eye for detail is essential to the success of this position, as is the ability to clearly articulate complex requirements both in written English, and through daily stakeholder interactions.

Skills and experience:

  • Highly developed analytical skills
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills 
  • Working experience with internal governance frameworks 
  • Experience in working within deadlines, prioritizing as necessary 
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English 
  • Strong communication skills with a “can-do” attitude 
  • University education, relevant professional qualification will be beneficial
