We are looking for a new team member who will take the role of Analyst within Risk Division, Operational Risk Control pan-Baltic team.

The Operational Risk Control Unit is responsible for developing the operational risk management framework and controlling its effective implementation across Luminor Group.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Support the development of the operational risk control framework, including the implementation of new tools
  • Responsible for the co-ordination and preparation of internal regular and external reporting
  • Develop subject matter expertise in Luminor’s operational risk management tools
  • Participate in the development and delivery of internal training and advise the business on operational risk management framework implementation
  • Support monitoring over operational risk management framework implementation across the business
  • Contribute to operational risk data collection, validation, analysis and follow-up
  • Contribute to the overall Operational Risk Control Annual and Quarterly Work Plans


Skills and experience:

  • Proven experience working with non-financial risk topics, operational risk, regulatory compliance or internal audit
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills with good attention to detail 
  • Full working proficiency of English and local language (written and verbal)
  • Proven effective communication skills 
  • Good time management  
  • Experience in stakeholder management will be considered as advantage
  • Positive and proactive approach to work and demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment and to deliver on commitments 
  • University education, relevant professional qualifications will be beneficial
