Being part of the Pan-Baltic Compliance organisation, Corporate Compliance Department is looking for a new team member – Compliance Control Expert who will have an opportunity to provide sustainable improvement in IT area.


Responsibilities:

  • Identify, analyse and assess IT and change related risks and impact to the organization
  • Evaluate project and technology-related controls
  • Contribute to building regulatory compliance in the area
  • Monitor compliance with external and internal regulations
  • Manage and participate in cross-border monitoring activities
  • Provide advice and guidance with respect to the laws and regulations
  • Participate in compliance risk assessment and planning to cover risks within IT
  • Prepare reports to the senior management
  • Ensure high quality deliveries and stakeholders’ management


Skills and experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in IT, banking, finance or business administration
  • Solid background and experience (5+ years) in IT auditing or consulting (work experience in a major auditing firm would be an advantage)
  • Strong proficiency in technology and change management/transformation projects
  • Relevant qualifications or studying towards such accreditation as CISA, CRISC, PMP, PRINCE2 would be an advantage
  • Self-motivation with the ability to work independently on pan-Baltic level, follow deadlines and effectively manage time
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to explain complicated matters in an easy way
  • High ethical standards, strong sense of responsibility and commitment to results
  • Full working proficiency of English and one of the local languages – Estonian, Latvian and/or Lithuanian (written and verbal)
