Role description

Channels and Integrations Unit takes care of integrations between various IT systems and plays a key role in building Luminor’s digital channel solutions. We are on our way of creation of an unique bank and are looking for a great Leader to drive ongoing and future development plans across the Baltics.  


Responsibilities:

  • Manage the planning, designing, building and implementation of Channels and Integration solutions including new development and major enhancements to existing systems
  • Maintain efficient solution portfolio that supports business, compliance and reporting needs and meets agreed Operational and Service level requirements
  • Deliver committed projects within agreed timeline, scope and cost
  • Manage operational level vendor cooperation related to Channels and Integration solutions delivery and maintenance
  • Serve as point of escalation, review and approval for key issues and decisions related to Channels and Integration solutions delivery and maintenance
  • Provide input for IT strategy creation and actively support its implementation
  • Actively participate in agile development culture creation
  • Ensure strong pipeline of talents within the Channels and Integration Unit
  • Engage and motivate employees within Channels and Integration Unit through building the strong team
  • Contribute to Luminor performance through effective networking, collaboration and leading by example

 

Skills and experience:

  • Strong leadership skills
  • Experience in people management
  • Previous hands-on engineering experience
  • Knowledge of software development lifecycle
  • Agile development practice implementation experience
  • Ability to effectively manage relationship with various stakeholders including vendors
  • Previous experience of implementation of IT solutions in banking industry will be considered as an advantage
  • Fluent English
