We are looking for an entrepreneurial and visionary professional, who enjoys building on strong business results and is skilled on sales performance and new business development. Main responsibilities will lay within ability to retain existing clients and generate income in Cash Management area as well as representing Luminor towards partners, customers, in relevant networks and local communities. 

Responsibilities:

  • Actively manage the Merchant sales unit pipeline, recommend and drive appropriate actions for income and volumes realization, you take responsibility for delivering a strong business results
  • Build strong relationships and sales pipeline with bank customers based on good understanding of Acquiring services, especially POS and E-Commerce, market environment and customer needs
  • Pro-actively: a) scrolling of Luminor portfolio and upselling, b) outbound calls/meeting/offers to non Luminor customers, c) campaigns
  • Re-active: a) managing customer inquires and RFPs, b) defend portfolio
  • Pro-active review: a) Q basis of non profitable customers
  • Define business needs, recommend and drive necessary changes or improvements together with business/products development stakeholders
  • Understand and ensure compliance and KYC requirements when developing new relationships
  • Identify training needs, share and coach relevant CM product know-how within organization
  • Actively contribute to the competence building within team to support the further development of the personal and business skills
  • Plan, deliver and follow-up of your personal tasks proactively, timely and according to the set quality standards, budget and Luminor values
  • Contribute to team and company performance through effective collaboration and acting with energy, enthusiasm and commitment
  • Take responsibility in professional self-development and contribute to own and team performance improvement by constructive feedback and relevant suggestions

Skills and experience:

  • 1.5+ year experience in building strong sales results (new income, new deals, etc.)
  • Thorough knowledge of Acquiring services (POS and E-commerce)
  • Sales skills: uncover customer needs, relate benefits to product/service features, handle objections and close the sale
  • Products and projects driving skills: ability to drive projects or products towards whole organization 
  • Full proficiency in English
  • Development focus
  • Flexibility and openness to change 
  • Readiness to take ownership and long-term results orientation
  • Strong problem solving and relationship building skills

  • A salary range for this position is from 1980 to 2980 EUR gross and is to be determined depending on the level of experience and competencies of the selected candidate.
