As a member of the Baltic Communication Group, you will be leading and coordinating the bank’s internal communication activities in Estonia and work together with other teams to ensure efficient communication and engagement within the organisation. The offered position is a maternity cover based on a temporary contract but with opportunity after showcasing great results to stay in the company beyond term end date.

Responsibilities:

  • Plan and implement internal communication activities (local and pan-Baltic)
  • Lead and co-ordinate the management and development of Luminor Intranet, Newsletter and other communication channels and tools, including contributing to the content
  • Work closely with People&Culture team in planning and implementing events and initiatives to support employee engagement  
  • Lead internal communication and engagement projects
  • Prepare and carry out internal surveys and communication analysis
  • Support Luminor senior management in internal communication


Skills and experience:

  • 3+ years as Internal Communication or PR manager
  • Ability to perform well in diverse and dynamic teams, ready to work in change environment 
  • Outstanding experience in internal communication, corporate communication, change communication and working with different technological communication tools will be considered as an advantage
  • University degree in Communications, Media, Marketing or similar
  • Professional level of English (written/spoken)
  • Fluent in Estonian
  • Excellent writing skills
  • Project management skills
