We are looking for Anti-Fraud Officer who will be joining Fraud Risk Management Unit under the First Line of Defence. By joining the team, you will have an opportunity to stand up, bring out your best and make a change

Responsibilities:

  • Pro-actively participate in the identification and assessment of external fraud risks associated with the business activities, including development of anti-fraud controls in assigned areas of business, participate in developing best practices to ensure external fraud risks are managed effectively;
  • Document daily distribution of external fraud screening and management tasks on Baltic level to ensure processing activities are done in efficient way.
  • Perform advanced external fraud investigations (client-to-client);
  • Advise on external fraud requirements and best practices on various regulatory and business development projects: support with alignment and implementation of changes and interpretation of regulatory requirements to the business, perform other relevant activities;
  • Carry out external fraud management assurance reviews and tests;
  • Pro-actively contribute to establishing written guidance on the appropriate external fraud management requirements and standards through policies, procedures and other internal documents;
  • Provide internal trainings on the relevant external fraud matters to structural units of the bank and entities within Luminor Group, as appropriate.

Skills and experience:

  • University degree in law, business administration, or similar;
  • Experience (3+ years) in fraud management, investigations, auditing, risk management, legal matters or similar;
  • Great interest in internal controls, new trends and technical solutions, advanced data analytics and financial crime detection area;
  • Self-motivation with the ability to work independently on pan-Baltic level, follow deadlines and effectively manage time;
  • Excellent communications and interpersonal skills, ability to explain complicated matters in an easy way;
  • High ethical standards, strong sense of responsibility and commitment to results;
  • Full working proficiency of English and Lithuanian languages (written and verbal);
  • Certified Fraud Examiner or similar qualification or obtaining one in the nearest future is highly desirable.
