We are looking for  Senior Portfolio Analyst / Portfolio Analyst who will be responsible for credit risk analysis, reporting and controls on a portfolio level. Portfolio Analyst will be joining the Luminor Credit Risk Reporting Unit of Credit Risk Department. Credit Risk Department is a part of the Risk Division, thus being a control function and part of the second line of defence.


  • Proactively participate in the identification and assessment of risks in the Credit Risk area
  • Contribute to development and deployment of the best practices for Credit Risk reporting and management on a portfolio level
  • Perform regular review of credit process effectiveness – e.g., forbearance effectiveness analysis, early warning signals effectiveness analysis, redefault analysis
  • Perform Credit Risk controls
  • Support regular loan loss provisioning processes
  • Provide qualitative input to various internal and external reports

Skills and experience:

  • Experience working within Risk, Finance or other related area with risk or financial data, including using business intelligence tools
  • Higher degree in Economics, Business Management, Risk Management, Finance or other related subject
  • Good knowledge of regulatory requirements in the Credit Risk management area and understanding of the Credit Risk framework
  • Strong in problem solving, superior analytical skills, accuracy and ability to make independent decisions with sound and objective arguments
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with ability to visualize and report insights creatively in a variety of formats to various stakeholders at all levels of the organization
  • Time management, high commitment to achieve results and meet set goals
  • Readiness to contribute with a high level of energy and positive attitude
  • Advanced English: fluent in all spoken and written communication
