The purpose of this position is to develop market leading offering to our existing and future customers. This will be achieved by clearly defined individualized and contextual offers based on customer life-cycle, micro-segmentation and a focused product portfolio.

Customer Offering Senior Expert has a responsibility for delivering Luminor customer offering, including target product portfolio definition, pricing principles development, approach to packages, customer programs, new product testing, and other areas related to introducing new offers to the market. This position assumes wide understanding of customer needs, offer development and delivery channels. Excellent project management skills are the basis for executing the tasks successfully.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Participate in Luminor customer strategy development, lead discussions, summarize input, propose approaches, provide recommendations as well as analyze customer base, product usage and offering effectiveness, share insights with stakeholders
  • Develop customer base value proposition and respective offers for different strategic, tactical and micro-segments
  • Participate in the customer communications and offering process, ensuring that proper segments are selected for each offer
  • Map market best practice in customer offering area and develop ideas for execution
  • Define target product portfolio and help in implementing it
  • Describe customer journeys – life-moments, touchpoints, analyze customer base insights and provide suggestions for offering improvements
  • Integrate customer profitability and life-time value measurement into offering development processes
  • Participate in defining pricing logic (including discount approach) and principles, facilitate discussions
  • Design necessary testing and advisory tools, support and training materials that help to launch new offerings
  • Assure all necessary ongoing support and competence development for sales organizations

 

Skills and experience:

  • 3+ years of previous experience as a product owner, area responsible, business line manager, company owner or manager. Experience in management of complex projects is mandatory
  • Good knowledge and understanding of trends of digitalization era, disruptive technologies and solutions available in the market. Finance / banking / fintech experience will be considered as an advantage
  • Analytical and structured thinking, in addition to very good Excel skills and readiness to work with large datasets
  • Skill to manage complex systems and tasks while working with many stakeholders
  • Knowledge in developing customer value proposition, sales and service processes, customer journeys as well as ability to propose new complex approaches, offers etc.
  • Higher education, preferably in Economics, Business Administration, Finance, IT or related areas
  • Full professional proficiency in English as well as fluency in at least one local Baltic language
