Join our team as a Executive Assistant to the CEO!
We are looking for an experienced and energetic Executive Assistant to our Chief Executive Officer. The EA would be a resourceful associate with can-do attitude who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
This is a unique opportunity to work with internationally-experienced CEO of a multinational company. The job offers variety, opportunities to grow and taking responsibility in an established corporation with lot of freedom to change and possibility to develop.
Executive Assistant works closely with the Head of CEO Office to ensure the best support for the management of the bank.
What You Will Do:
- Managing CEO’s schedule and appointments, set up meetings
- Act as the point of contact among executives, employees, clients and other external partner
- Organize and prepare for meetings, including gathering documents and organizing logistics of meetings
- Arrange travel
- Handling CEO’s correspondence, phone calls and visitors
- Ensure smooth running of the office floor, incl ordering stationery, maintaining the office condition
- Attend to documents needed for CEO’s signature
- Formatting of documents and presentations
- Submit expense reports
- Work directly with the CEO to support all aspects of his daily work routine
- Supporting in small capacity Chief Risk Officer or other Senior Executives as needed
What We Expect:
- Extensive experience with supporting senior level executives, financial sector is a plus
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Very high level of diligence and attention to details
- Comfortable interacting with high-level executives in and outside the organization
- High level of discretion and integrity
- Self-driven and ability to work in a dynamic environment and handle multiple priorities and tasks
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Excellent English skills, both in speech and in writing
- Excellent computer skills, including proficiency in MS Office programs
- University degree is a plus
