As Retail Credit Products Unit Manager, you will look after unsecured and secured lending products in retail area across three markets – credit card limits, mortgages, and consumer loans. You will have ownership of your products governance and development which compliments group business targets and regulatory requirements. So, what would you be doing?... 

What You Will Do:

• Support Luminor business growth by introducing new products, features, services and ensuring effective, compliant, and lean processes of loan origination 
• Together with your team and internal partners you will be responsible for private lending product development and governance in 3 markets 
• Establishing a tactical direction for the team, and the product development roadmap delivery 
• Lead lending products governance, and processes according to regulatory framework in the bank and external regulations. 
• Lead lending automation and digitization efforts, setting direction and delivering quality business requirements for system development 
• Lead and participate in strategic projects within retail lending area 
• Representing credit products in leadership forums, committees, and external meetings with regulators and third parties

What We Expect:

• Understanding of Retail banking business and lending market
• Solid experience in secured and/or unsecured private lending, preferably in banking sector 
• Well experienced in building and running product development and governance
• Understanding of credit risk regulation in Baltic markets. Knowledge of ECB credit risk regulations would be considered as an advantage 
• Enjoy work with people and have solid track record in leading direct and indirect teams 
• Project management and argumentation strengths 
• Preferably master's degree in Finance, Economics etc. field 
• Fluent in English and Lithuanian language
