What You Will Do: 

• Manage information flow between the CISO department units in timely and accurate manner
• Follow the progress of ongoing initiatives, reporting challenges and conflicts
• Prepare, draft and format presentations and documents as needed
  
• Build and maintain effective relationships with other departments within Luminor
• Organize meetings, including scheduling, sending reminders, and organizing catering when necessary
• Provide various administrative support, take minutes during meetings
• Support the department head in managing financial aspects and perform minor accounting duties
• Analyze processes and controls within CISO Department to ensure efficiency, and collect data related to performance of the department
• Carry out planned and ad hoc initiatives
• Perform other tasks relevant to the role given by direct manager
