What You Will Do:

• Communicate with customers about simple portfolio administration questions within its competence level
• Inserts information related to customers, assets and transactions to the systems, prepare the standard documentation
• Checks if all customer/vendor/guarantor data is correct before entering leasing agreement documentation data into the system
• Collects all missing and original leasing documents and archives them according achieving instructions
• Cooperate and assist other teams and/or within the team in troubleshooting/resolving tasks in accordance with agreed procedures and regulations

What We Expect:

• Basic to good knowledge of the Bank products, processes and IT systems
• Customer service skills
• Strong business process management understanding
• Fluent Latvian and good English skills are required in spoken and written communication
• Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, business management
