We are looking for a person who is passionate about learning and excited about helping our community to develop our skills and knowledge. You will be proactive with meaningful involvement in the planning, development, implementation, facilitation, and tracking of learning & development activities. You will be a great communicator with the ability to engage and effectively describe complicated ideas to different audiences. We expect you to be highly organized, proficient in time management, and have excellent social skills.
What You Will Do:
- Identify, design, organize, and follow up all learning activities for dedicated business areas on the pan-Baltic level: by supporting People Partners and managers in identifying training needs, choosing the best external or internal learning solution, consulting internal trainers in designing learner-friendly content, and organizing all practicalities
- Coordinate learning & development activities in Latvia
- Manage training content in the learning management system, prepare regular reports and track employee completion and proficiency
- Map, monitor and prepare regular reports on mandatory employees’ certification status
- Collect and analyze data to measure the impact of learning programs and identify areas for improvement.
- Create easier e-learning courses and digital learning paths
- Facilitate and moderate concrete training events virtually or on-site both in Latvian and English
What We Expect:
- Proven experience in instructional design, curriculum development, and adult learning principles
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple initiatives and meet deadlines
- Excellent facilitation and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and inspire learners
- Proficiency in using learning management systems (LMS) and e-learning authoring tools
- Knowledge of evaluation methodologies and learning measurement techniques
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven mindset
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate and build relationships across all levels of the organization
- Familiarity with the banking and financial services industry is preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Learning and Development, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus
- Fluent English and Latvian is required in spoken and written communication

- Gross salary. 1900-2900 EUR/month, which is to be determined depending on your level of experience and competencies
