What You Will Do:
- Strategic and tactical development of IT Process and IT Service Management framework with the purpose to ensure that it is fit for the purpose.
- Develop the frameworks and present it to Senior management for approval, including definition of purpose, scope, goals, improvement roadmaps and interrelation with other Luminor processes and frameworks
- Report process and service framework level KPI-s, status and progress of the process improvement to Technology Management and other stakeholders.
- Be accountable for IT process IT service management frameworks results and deliverables, and for the cost and investment related to the frameworks implementation.
- Define and approve IT service and IT process management framework related tool requirements.
- Ensure the frameworks follow the principles defined in IT policies and standards, and handle any deviation escalations. Support definition of IT policies and standards.
- Oversee the management of, and compliance with, the internal and external regulations, policies, procedures, data models, etc. associated with the frameworks and interaction with other frameworks and processes.
- Be responsible for the sponsorship, design, change management and continual improvement of the frameworks and it’s results.
- Manage the framework related training plan.
What We Expect:
- At least 5 years of proven experience in a process management or process ownership role.
- Certification in CobiT, ITIL, CMMI and/or other IT process management frameworks, very good understanding of related principles. Project management experience and skills.
- A relevant university degree within IT/Business or relevant work experience.
- Good knowledge on current IT processes and technologies, and (decision) frameworks, affecting IT activities and Business - IT integration.
- Experience with managing matrix organisations and achieving results with indirect report lines.
- Leadership and change management skills. Commitment and a strong will to run a global business (openness to change mindset from local perspective to cross-border).
- Good planning and prioritising skills, being a good team player.
- Good understanding on how Technology supports and enables the business, and the ability to translate business requirements into governance frameworks and processes.
- Fluent English is required in spoken and written communication.

- Gross salary. 4400-6500 EUR/month, which is to be determined depending on your level of experience and competencies
