In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to ensure the uninterrupted operation of critical IT services in the face of disruptions and disasters. This role involves creating comprehensive continuity and resiliency plans, enabling coordinated response efforts during incidents to minimize the impact of disruptions on Luminor operations.
What You Will Do:
- Define, manage, and enforce policies, procedures, and standards for IT service continuity and resiliency, ensuring compliance with industry regulations.
- Develop and align IT service continuity and resiliency strategies with Luminor business objectives.
- Support in the execution of business impact analysis to identify critical IT services and define IT Service recovery priorities.
- Regularly assess risks and potential threats to IT Services, develop risk treatment plans, and maintain continuity and disaster recovery plans.
- Test and validate continuity plans regularly to ensure effectiveness.
- Conduct training sessions and awareness programs for IT staff and stakeholders on best practices.
- Ensure all employees understand their roles in IT service continuity events.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and collaboration within the team through leading by example.
What We Expect:
- Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in IT, with at least 5 years in a leadership role focused on IT service continuity and resiliency.
- Certification in CobiT, ITIL, and/or other IT process management frameworks, very good understanding of related principles.
- Project management experience and skills.
- Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, systems, and applications and their resiliency mechanisms.
- Good understanding on how Technology supports and enables the business, and the ability to translate business and technology requirements into processes.
- Experience with managing matrix organisations and achieving results with indirect report lines.
- Commitment and a strong will to run a global business (openness to change mindset from local perspective to cross-border).
- Openness to new approaches and alternative means in order to accomplish results despite setbacks.
- Fluent English is required in spoken and written communication.

- Gross salary. 4400-6200 EUR/month, which is to be determined depending on your level of experience and competencies
