Quality Assurance Analyst oversees arranging daily activities in the area, documenting, aligning, updating and improving internal processes and procedures, participating in risk management activities and projects related to the area. The role includes performing quality assurance activities, providing trainings to organization and supporting processing specialists in daily questions.
What You Will Do:
- Organize daily job in the Quality Assurance area and ensure efficient execution of Quality Assurance process. Carry out quality assurance checks and control effectiveness testing
- Contribute to projects and initiatives related to Screenings, KYC and EDD operations from improvement areas angle
- Proactively participate in the identification and assessment of compliance risks associated with the business activities and propose solutions for control developments to ensure customer related risks are managed effectively
- Train and advise organization in discovered deficiencies during quality assurance, requirements, and best practices
- Report on regular basis and upon request to the direct manager and Head of Department
- Proactively plan, deliver and follow-up of personal tasks timely and according to the set quality standards, budget and Luminor values
- Contribute to team and company performance through effective collaboration and acting with energy, enthusiasm, and commitment
What We Expect:
- 2+ years of experience and extensive knowledge in AML/CFT area
- High commitment, keeping oneself pro-actively updated on the upcoming procedural changes
- Ability and willingness to train, support, and coach others
- Higher education in Law, Business Administration or similar
- Fluent English and local language is required in spoken and written communication
