As a Senior Compliance Officer you will join our Conduct Department within Compliance Division that is fostering risk culture and supporting Luminor to hold highest ethical standards and contributing to a work environment built on trust and accountability. You will have the chance to drive compliance initiatives and achieve new goals together with a fantastic Pan-Baltic team of experts and personalities.

• Gross salary. 4100-5000 EUR/month, which is to be determined depending on your level of experience and competencies 

What You Will Do: 

• Lead changes in key Conduct areas (internal fraud, conflict of interest management or market Conduct areas) 

• Communicate and work with stakeholders across all structural units within Luminor 

• Ensure high quality deliverables such as internal reports, internal regulations 

• Focus and analyze on broader regulatory landscape, trends and initiatives relevant to Luminor 

• Prepare and deliver training sessions to support other Luminor functions by advising on Conduct related questions 

• Plan, lead and deliver Pan-Baltic Compliance reviews, initiatives, tasks, projects and coordinate work in Pan-Baltic team 

• Substitute team members in other Conduct related areas 

What We Expect:  

• 3+ years Compliance background and extensive experience in Banking, Finance or similar areas

• Expert in at least one of areas such as internal fraud, conflict of interest, market conduct. Experience in other Conduct areas is welcome. 

• Experience with European regulatory requirements related to Conduct topics 

• Advanced project or process management and stakeholder management skills

• Open and approachable personality by supporting as a mentor other colleagues and stakeholders

• Ability to work within a team or independently with limited guidance

• Experience in providing training to different level and expertise colleagues, and presentation skills

• Higher education in  Economics, Business Management, Finance or similar field 

• Fluent English and local language is required in spoken and written communication.
