What You Will Do:

• Drive Sourcing activities according to Luminor values, policies, and procedures
• Develop and implement a strategic Sourcing plan to meet the company's requirements
• Build and manage relationships with internal stakeholders to understand their Sourcing requirements
• Identify and implement process improvements
• Constantly seek to find optimization opportunities and efficiency improvements
• Run the Sourcing activities in line with internal procedure/process
• Manage assigned Sourcing Categories and be responsible for Supplier and Agreements lifecycle administration

What We Expect: 

• Deep understanding of the Supplier market 
• Procurement/Sourcing/Category Management & Outsourcing process knowledge
• Knowledge about Sourcing tools and systems 
• Knowledge and understanding about avoiding conflict of interests 
• 3-5 years of procurement, project management experience
• Fluent English is required in spoken and written communication
