Lending Expert ensures customer needs, business targets and risk appetite oriented approach, makes decisions for long-term loans. Lending Competence Center Unit handle credit applications in a timely and professional manner and bring credit matters and customer experience to the next level.

What You Will Do:

• Delivering excellent customer service and achieving individual and team targets and KPIs related to lending
• Conducting customer risk assessments and analyzing loan applications
• Ensuring proper preparation of loan documents and submitting all required documentation for credit quality monitoring
• Proactively planning and executing tasks in alignment with the credit policy, current requirements, budget, and Luminor values
• Ensuring data quality and accurately inputting data into bank systems and programs following existing quality standards and procedures
• Strictly adhering to existing procedures, instructions, ethical codes, and legal requirements
• Taking responsibility for the high quality of loan projects preparation
• Reporting suspicious and unusual customer transactions or deals to the relevant authorities

• Knowledge of banking services, products, and systems
• Familiarity with credit processes and credit strategy
• An entrepreneurial mindset and strong analytical skills for customer financial and operational analysis
• Result-oriented and solution-focused approach to tasks
• Proactivity and willingness to take ownership of your responsibilities
• Excellent communication skills and fluency in Latvian language both in written and spoken farm
• English language skills will be considered as highly advantageous, but are not mandatory
