What You Will Do:

• Contribute to solution design and architecture
• Take initiatives and act accordingly on research and development (POC)
• Develop solutions aligned with relevant IT standards and requirements
• Ensure the quality of deliverables
• Ensure that all new development and code undergo thorough code reviews
• Test own development with unit tests and participate in system/functionality testing
• Contribute to the testing and the release process
• Support team members and share the knowledge within the organization

What We Expect: 

• Interest in adapting new technologies and trends 
• In-depth knowledge of the Software Development Life Cycle
• Advanced knowledge and professional experience working with Ruby on Rails and Bundler
• Advanced knowledge and professional experience working with Jenkins, Git, Podman, AWS
• Professional experience with application integrations (REST / SOAP) 
• Professional experience with Databases: PostgreSQL, MySQL
• Strong knowledge of data structures, data flow charts, programming logic, and code
• Fluent English is required in spoken and written communication due to working on the Pan-Baltic level
