What You Will Do:
- Design and maintain efficient, smooth, and result-oriented sales and customer service processes
- Unifying and transforming existing local processes into pan-Baltic processes.
- Lean findings implementation in processes
- Maintain agile cross functional cooperation with other units
- Provide feedback to product, process and channels owners
- Preparing and making available process descriptions, guidelines and other documentation that is necessary
- Trouble shoot the root cause of customer or employees problems and identify the actions required in order to improve customer or employee experience and process efficiency
- Contribute to the physical channels optimization
- Design and implement unified way of working principles for Retail customer facing units.
- Participating in various projects where knowledge of Retail Banking processes or is needed
- Proactively plan, deliver and follow-up of your personal tasks timely and according to the set quality standards, bud get and Luminor values.
