What You Will Do:

• Design and maintain efficient, smooth, and result-oriented sales and customer service processes
• Unifying and transforming existing local processes into pan-Baltic processes.
• Lean findings implementation in processes
• Maintain agile cross functional cooperation with other units
• Provide feedback to product, process and channels owners
• Preparing and making available process descriptions, guidelines and other documentation that is necessary
• Trouble shoot the root cause of customer or employees problems and identify the actions required in order to improve customer or employee experience and process efficiency
• Contribute to the physical channels optimization
• Design and implement unified way of working principles for Retail customer facing units.
• Participating in various projects where knowledge of Retail Banking processes or is needed
• Proactively plan, deliver and follow-up of your personal tasks timely and according to the set quality standards, bud get and Luminor values.
