What You Will Do:

• Contribute to solution design and architecture
• Take initiatives and act accordingly on research and development (POC)
• Develop solutions aligned with relevant IT standards and requirements
• Ensure the quality of deliverables
• Make sure new development/code is covered by code reviews
• Test own development with unit tests and participate in system/functionality testing
• Contribute to the testing and the release process
• Support team members and share the knowledge within the organization
• Create and maintain documentation
• Proactively contribute to the overall goals of the organization
• Take responsibility for professional self-development
• Contribute to own and team performance improvement by constructive feedback and relevant suggestions

What We Expect:

• Experience and strong knowledge of banking IT solutions
• Focus and experience with CIAM/IAM/Security (preferably KeyCloak) is a huge plus
• Interest in adopting new technologies and trends
• High skills in the understanding of Software Development Life Cycle
• Well-built knowledge of relevant programming language
  • JAVA skills and knowledge of JAVA frameworks: Spring, Spring boot
  • Jenkins, Git, Java module system, Gradle, Docker
  • Application integration (REST / SOAP) experience
  • Databases: PostgreSQL
• Strong knowledge of data structures, data flow charts, programming logic, and codes
• Advanced knowledge of different software development methodologies and supporting team in continuity of relevant methodology.
• Strong knowledge of microservice architecture
• CI/CD practice knowledge
• Self-development focus
• Managing multiple tasks and priorities
• Fluent English is required in spoken and written communication
