What You Will Do:
- Contribute to solution design and architecture
- Take initiatives and act accordingly on research and development (POC)
- Develop solutions aligned with relevant IT standards and requirements
- Ensure the quality of deliverables
- Make sure new development/code is covered by code reviews
- Test own development with unit tests and participate in system/functionality testing
- Contribute to the testing and the release process
- Support team members and share the knowledge within the organization
- Create and maintain documentation
- Proactively contribute to the overall goals of the organization
- Take responsibility for professional self-development
- Contribute to own and team performance improvement by constructive feedback and relevant suggestions
What We Expect:
- Experience and strong knowledge of banking IT solutions
- Focus and experience with CIAM/IAM/Security (preferably KeyCloak) is a huge plus
- Interest in adopting new technologies and trends
- High skills in the understanding of Software Development Life Cycle
- Well-built knowledge of relevant programming language
- JAVA skills and knowledge of JAVA frameworks: Spring, Spring boot
- Jenkins, Git, Java module system, Gradle, Docker
- Application integration (REST / SOAP) experience
- Databases: PostgreSQL
- Strong knowledge of data structures, data flow charts, programming logic, and codes
- Advanced knowledge of different software development methodologies and supporting team in continuity of relevant methodology.
- Strong knowledge of microservice architecture
- CI/CD practice knowledge
- Self-development focus
- Managing multiple tasks and priorities
- Fluent English is required in spoken and written communication
