What You Will Do:
- Contribute to solution design and architecture
- Lead the design, development, and maintenance of complex software systems
- Develop solution aligned with relevant IT standards and requirements
- Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications
- Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards
- Participate in the full software development lifecycle, including testing and deployment
- Support team members and share knowledge within the organization
- Create and maintain documentation
- Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure our solutions remain competitive
What We Expect:
- Advanced knowledge and skills of Java, its frameworks like Spring, Spring boot, and tools like Jenkins, Git, Java module system, Gradle, and Docker
- Strong understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle
- Strong knowledge of data structures, data flow charts, programming logic, and codes
- Advanced knowledge of different software development methodologies and supporting team of continuity of relevant methodology.
- Proven experience and strong knowledge in banking IT solutions is a huge plus
- Strong knowledge of microservice architecture
- Fluent English is required in spoken and written communication due to working on the Pan-Baltic level
