Public Cloud Delivery Intern

In this role you will be involved in coordinating Cloud platform (AWS - Amazon Web Services) tasks within the domain as well as contributing to team and company performance through effective collaboration and acting with energy, enthusiasm and commitment. 

You will gain an excellent hands-on experience working in the pumping heart of our IT world, specifically gaining practical experience working with cloud platforms.

We expect you to have general IT competencies and being familiar with public cloud platforms, as well as having willingness to obtain new skills and gain experience with AWS. We also expect you to be proactive and have an analytical mindset for performing in this role. Soft skills should include attention to detail, high level of responsibility as well as teamwork focus. Fluent English is required in spoken and written communication. Preferred education in Computer Science, IT or related.

IT Project Management Intern

In this role you will exposed to the vast amount of projects held in our IT division, and you will be the one helping our teams to navigate through them. Your tasks will include managing information flow between within Unit members in a timely and accurate manner, preparing, drafting and formatting presentations and documents as needed, as well as collecting and submitting the various needed data. You will also be engaged in analyzing the processes and giving suggestions for improvements within the team.

You will gain an opportunity to learn basics about banking sector itself as well as the IT area, as you will be right in the heart of the biggest ongoing projects in the team, which will give you a great insights into agile software development and infrastructure. This way you will gain a real-life experience working within our IT team where the work never stops!

We expect you to have basic understanding about any software methodology framework (Agile, Waterfall etc.), as well as great communication skills, and ability to manage various tasks and stakeholders at a great level. Fluent English is required in spoken and written communication. Preferred education in Computer Science, Business Management, Finance or related.

Software Engineering Intern

In this role you will be involved in various software engineer's responsibilities like maintaining and improve the performance of existing software as well as taking care of code quality and maintaining documentation up to date. You will also be assisting team in solution design and testing, as well as participation in CI/CD processes improvements.

You will gain an excellent hands-on experience working in the heart of our IT world, specifically gaining practical experience working with Luminor application development.

We expect you to have basic experience and knowledge of SQL, OOP (object-oriented programming), REST/SOAP, Git workflows and Agile. Soft skills include an eye for details, proactiveness and great analytical thinking skills. Fluent English is required in spoken and written communication. Preferred education in Computer Science, IT or related (3rd year and higher).

Automation Intern in Configuration Management

In this role your tasks will include assistance in maintaining the Configuration Management Database (CMDB) as well as managing CI records and keeping CMDB information up to date. You will also have a responsibility over designing, implementing and supporting CMDB automation, including the discovery of configuration items and automated updates of CMDB along the change cycle as well as CMDB health checks to identify gaps in data.

You will gain hands-on experience working with configuration management database, solidifying your expertise in IT infrastructure and general knowledge obtained beforehand. You will have an excellent opportunity to be working in the pumping heart of our IT world.

We expect you to have basic understanding of IT infrastructure principles and ITIL framework as well as have knowledge of JavaScript or other programming language. Basic data analysis skills and familiarity with Service Now would be great to have. Soft skills should include attention to detail, high level of responsibility as well as teamwork focus. Fluent English is required in spoken and written communication. Preferred education in Information Technology, IT Engineering, Software Systems or related.

Quality Assurance Engineering Intern

In this role you will be involved in developing, implementing, and executing test plans and test cases as well as identifying, documenting, and tracking software defects and inconsistencies. You will be working together with development and product teams to understand requirements and ensure quality standards. In some cases automating repetitive test cases and maintaining automation frameworks will also be expected.

You will gain an excellent hands-on experience working in the heart of our IT world, specifically gaining practical experience working in the QA area. You will be exposed to daily tasks and processes, ensuring everything runs like clockwork.

We expect you to have basic understanding of manual and automated testing methodologies as well as familiarity with version control systems like Git. Additional knowledge of scripting languages like Java is preferred. Soft skills should include strong analytical and problem-solving skills as well as attention to detail and ability to work in a dynamic environment. Fluent English is required in spoken and written communication. Preferred education in Computer Science, IT or related.
