As a Lending Competence Centre Unit Manager you will be managing team by taking responsibility for unit performance and quality targets based on Luminor strategy and values. Growing and developing people by showing leadership, engagement, agility, empowerment, openness and courage. Being active contributor in finding business growth opportunities for the team and well as for whole Luminor. Role model who follows Luminor’s values – collaboration, focus and curiosity.
What You Will Do:
- Handle credit applications in a timely and professional manner and bring credit matters and customer (both private and mass business) experience to the next level.
- Planning & organizing team daily work, including target setting
- Ensure timely loan application processing and credit decision making according to Luminor quality standards and risk appetite
- Ensure the quality in service, processes and procedures following and risk management through individual and team activities
- Identify process efficiency opportunities, initiate the process change, lead the change to desired result
- Ensuring data quality and inserting data into Banking systems according to existing quality standards, processes and procedures.
- Collaborating with other Luminor colleagues both locally and pan-Baltic level.
- Promote and execute a risk culture in the team that addresses risk awareness and risk-taking behavior
- Ensure professional development of subordinates, regularly use 1:1 discussions as opportunities, provide continuous and constructive feedback on performance
- Being a role model for employees by providing training and fostering their professional and personal development
What We Expect:
- Previous experience in banking lending decision making area
- Previous managerial experience 1-3 years
- Budget management skills
- Cross functional and cross border cooperation skills
- Effective work planning and prioritization skills to achieve organizational goals
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Estonian and English.
