We are looking for a skilled Technical Lead to join our Anti-Financial Crime and Compliance Platform team. You will lead the development and maintenance of innovative solutions to combat financial crime and ensure regulatory compliance. The ideal candidate has a strong software engineering background, experience with compliance technologies, working with large datasets, and excellent leadership skills. Join us in protecting our customers and maintaining the integrity of the financial system.
What You Will Do:
- Being the ambassador of the modern way of working to bring efficiency in delivering business value
- Convert business needs into technical requirements by working with analysts and providing corresponding solutions
- Analyze and resolve technical issues together with engineers, and analysts, ensuring smooth operation of Anti-Financial Crime and Compliance platform solutions
- Contribute to strategy and objective development for AFC and Compliance platform by involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility and adherence to Luminor technical standards
- Implement and support the implementation of relevant AML/CFT regulations and guidelines by making sure that the platform is compliant with local and international legal acts
- Take ownership of your professional growth, mentor junior developers, and enhance team performance through constructive feedback, continuous learning, and staying updated with emerging technologies
What We Expect:
- Proven working experience as a technical lead or architect of at least 3 years
- Strong leadership skills, with a history of leading teams to success
- Experience in the banking sector is a huge plus
- Solid technical background, with understanding and hands-on experience in software development, architecture, etc.
- Understanding of the implications of the key regulations impacting AFC and Compliance
- Fluent English is required in spoken and written communication due to working on the Pan-Baltic level
