What You Will Do:
- Get involved with establishing the logical design of the IT4IT system with architecture and engineering teams and key stakeholders
- Collaborate across the Technology division with IT operations, development, architecture, service management, and other teams, to maintain highly available and scalable systems
- Drive area development and technology roadmaps for the Area
- Develop proof of concept in collaboration with Product Owner
- Drive development activities within the area including the development of respective plugins and integrations
- Assist with upgrade planning, testing, and implementation between development and production instances
- Monitor and maintain the reliability and performance of production systems and underlying infrastructure
- Coordinate day-to-day administration and maintenance of the Jira/Confluence system, perform root cause analysis and troubleshooting, implement bug fixes and required improvements
- Support team in responding to high-priority incidents and, if required, lead them to resolution
- Develop and maintain disaster recovery plans and ensure their effectiveness through periodic testing
- Continuously improve platform and processes through automation and optimization
- Contribute to the development and maintenance of technical documentation, including system architecture diagrams and runbooks
What We Expect:
- Strong architectural knowledge of the IT4IT toolset and ecosystems, including Jira/Confluence
- Strong knowledge and proven experience in Atlassian products including Jira Service Management
- Proficiency in Java/Groovy programming language, other programming languages would be considered as an advantage
- Experience with Forge is an advantage
- Good knowledge of Atlassian recommended patterns, integrations, and connector ecosystem
- Strong knowledge of DevOps as well as ITIL and ITSM concepts
- Good understanding of cloud management and security best practices
- Desire to tackle complex problems
- Experience with observability (monitoring setup, tooling) and resiliency practices
- Knowledge of banking processes would be an advantage
- Fluent English is required in spoken and written communication due to working on the Pan-Baltic level
