As a Compliance Officer you will join our Conduct Department within Compliance Division that is fostering risk culture and supporting Luminor to hold highest ethical standards and contributing to a work environment built on trust and accountability. You will have the chance to drive compliance initiatives and achieve new goals together with a fantastic Pan-Baltic team of experts and personalities.

What You Will Do:
- Be as a subject matter expert in at least one of the key Conduct areas (code of conduct, conflict of interest, market abuse)
- Communicate and work with stakeholders across all structural units within Luminor
- Contribute to creation and updating of internal processes related to Conduct area
- Perform controls, analysis and provide practical advice to colleagues
- Provide high quality deliverables such as internal reports and regulations
- Prepare and deliver training sessions to support other Luminor functions by advising on Conduct related questions
- Contribute to delivery of Pan-Baltic Compliance activities, initiatives, tasks, projects
What We Expect:
- 3+ years experience in Compliance area (Banking, Finance or similar areas)
- Expertise in at least one of areas such as code of conduct, conflict of interest and market abuse. Experience in other Conduct areas is welcome
- Good awareness of Baltic and European regulatory requirements related to Conduct topics
- Experience in project or process management and stakeholder management skills
- Open and approachable personality
- Ability to work independently based on work-plan/agreed tasks with limited guidance
- Experience in providing training to different level and expertise colleagues, and presentation skills
- Higher education in Economics, Law, Business Management, Finance or similar field
- Fluent English and local language is required in spoken and written communication.
