What You Will Do:

• Lead the execution of growth strategies for Investment and Pension products to achieve the bank's business goals across all distribution channels and markets.
• Help business growth through various marketing, visibility, knowledge and product offering activities.
• Oversee end to end customer journey and lead continuous cross-functional improvements based on efficiency and new business opportunities - including new markets, growth areas, trends, customers, products, and services.
• Oversee the local sales performance and delivery of the Investments and Pension area products.
• Coordinate activities in coordination with relevant stakeholders (Marketing, Sales channels, Products, Legal, Compliance etc.) to ensure appropriate coverage, efficiencies, and quality of service.
• Ensure that operational excellence and continuous improvement are key focuses and are supported throughout the sales teams.
• Ensure that sales teams have enough knowledge and competence to consult customers about Pensions and Investment products.
• Monitor and analyze metrics to ensure sales initiatives are driving profitable growth.

What We Expect: 

• Expert knowledge in Investment and Pension area and understanding of Baltic market
• Good understanding of customer needs
• Development focus, ability to translate strategic business thinking into sales and products languages
• Positive mindset with good stakeholders’ management skills
• Higher education in Finance, Banking, Economics or related fields
• Fluent English and Estonian is required in spoken and written communication
