As an Account Manager in Leasing you will be responsible for setting up value proposition and executing leasing sales through cooperation with partners. Leasing & Factoring department is part of Corporate Banking division in Luminor group.
What You Will Do:
- Identify and analyse partners in respect to Luminor Vendor concept strategy. Identify potential partners, their needs and efficiently achieve your targets.
- Analyse partners, build up and maintain relationship with the them on all levels including management, sales staff and other support personnel that has influence on deals inflow.
- Take responsibility for your own targets, and your partner cooperation profitability.
- Work in accordance to the cross border partner Deal team GRM/LRM (global/local relationship manager) concept, develop and secure implementation of partner strategy, cooperation agreements and action plans.
- Have understanding of value chain and credit risk, as well as have industrial focus. Update yourself constantly with new trends in the industries of your focus and follow changes that may affect activities.
- Seek innovation from partners, contribute to IT and process development of your business area.
- Take responsibility for timely preparation of annual reviews of partners to credit committees.
- Budgeting, planning, and coordinating marketing activities for your partnerships.
- Build good cooperation with other units in the value chain either in Luminor organization. Promote and make sure that internal Value Chain logic works as agreed.
- Take responsibility in professional self-development and contribute to own and team performance improvement by constructive feedback and relevant suggestions.
- Handle risk issues and ensure compliance with regulatory and governance requirements.
What We Expect:
- Knowledge of Leasing product
- Active sales skills
- Decision making and initiative
- Analytical skills (financial and operational analysis)
- Ability to collect and systemize information; presentation skills
- Understanding the risks relating to product and client's business
- Stakeholder management
- University degree. Preferred specialization in Economics, Business Management, Finance
- Fluent English and Lithuanian is required in spoken and written communication due to working on the Pan-Baltic level.
