The aim of this role is to ensure proactive interactions with customers and high quality of customer advisory. Advisory Unit Manager holds responsibility for respective area and is active in improvement proposals, constant collaboration with product owners and growth units to improve the quality of service provided to customers, partakes in projects as sales representative in the specific area.
What You Will Do:
- Foster proactive sales by outgoing calls, improve call efficiency and quality. Implement sales excellence within the team to achieve targets
- Organize the team’s work to ensure service delivery both for private customers and mass business customers in both physical and remote channels and enable handling incoming customer requests within agreed timeframes (SLAs)
- Implement and ensure excellent customer experience within the team, monitor the quality of service, prepare, and implement improvement plans to reach required customer satisfaction level
- Create an environment of business growth and lead the team to achieve targets set. Ensure processing of customer transactions according to all the regulations (KYC, AML, Data Security, Compliance, etc.)
- Represent Luminor in business communities such as events, association meetings, etc.
- Propose improvements of processes/products creating value for both the customer and the bank
- Foster the growth and potential of team members: deliver timely and constructive feedback on results, leverage regular 1:1 session as coaching opportunity, guide through inquiry and ensure that learning activities are prioritized
What We Expect:
- 3+ years of managerial experience within any areas that also involve sales management with a focus on active sales or telemarketing
- Experience in Finance industry will be considered as an advantage
- Budget and project management skills
- Entrepreneurial mindset with decision making ability
- Coaching and people development skills
- Cross functional and cross border cooperation skills. Proven experience will be considered as an advantage
- Higher education (preferred specialization - Economics, Business Management, Finance)
- Fluent Estonian and English is required in spoken and written communication

- Gross salary. 3600-5000 EUR/month, which is to be determined depending on your level of experience and competencies
