What You Will Do:

• Run advisory meetings to understand customer needs (360° view) and provide the most suitable and valuable financial solution and service to existing customers to fill their needs.
• Initiate and lead proactive contacts with Retail Banking customers by using any communication channel preferred by the customer (e.g. video, phone, written, physical etc.).
• Create, maintain, and develop relationships with newly onboarded and existing customers to generate additional business, ensure excellent customer experience and achieve both individual and team targets, including OKRs.
• Sell Banking products to fulfill targets and ensure profitable growth of Retail Banking.
• Handle CRM-tasks in a professional and timely manner.
• Solve customer’s requests and applications in accordance to the channel and procedures.
• Implement changes in a professional and timely manner.
• Process customer-initiated transactions accordingly to all the regulations (KYC, AML, Compliance etc.).

What We Expect:

• Good proactive Sales, cross-sell/ up-sell skills and experience
• Ability to map customer needs with open questions and create choices from solutions available in Luminor
• Experience in sales, sales support and/ or customer service in finance industry
• Comprehensive knowledge of daily banking, lending products, general understanding about pensions, investments, insurance (for private and business customers)
• Excellent customer experience skills and Customer centricity
• Negotiation and persuasion skills
• Communication/ active listening/collaboration
• Adaptability, openness to change

• English and local language is required in spoken and written communication
