*Fixed-term contract
What You Will Do:
- Handle daily customer contacts, assignments and needs with high quality, efficiency and orientation to client
- Prepare standard credit memo forms, ensure smooth disbursement process
- Prepare service offers, legal documentation, correspondence, etc.
- Maintain updated information in customer files and databases
- Substitute your team members
- Perform other tasks relevant to the role given by direct manager and/or functional manager.
What We Expect:

- Proactive attitude and readiness to take ownership
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Currently pursuing or have completed studies in Economics, Business Management, Finance or Banking. Candidates from diverse academic backgrounds are welcome to apply also
- Fluent English is required in spoken and written communication due to working on the Pan-Baltic level
