What You Will Do:

• Contribute to process automation solution design and architecture
• Lead the design, development, and maintenance of complex software systems
• Develop RPA solution aligned with relevant IT standards and requirements
• Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications
• Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards
• Participate in the full software development lifecycle, including testing and deployment
• Support team members and share knowledge within the organization
• Analyze business requirements and perform system analysis
• Create and maintain documentation
• Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure the solutions remain competitive

What We Expect: 

• Advanced knowledge and skills of .NET, JavaScript or Python
• Proven experience in Robotic Process Automation (RPA) with BluePrism, Robocorp
• Experience in Business Process Management tools (Bizagi, Bonita, Camunda) or Intelligent Automation technologies (Automation Anywhere, OCR, NLP, ML) is a plus
• Strong understanding of APIs and experience integrating RPA bots with web services (REST, JSON)
• Advanced knowledge of different software development methodologies and supporting team of continuity of relevant methodology
• Proven experience and strong knowledge in banking IT solutions is a huge plus
• Fluent English is required in spoken and written communication due to working on the Pan-Baltic level
