The aim of this role is to be responsible for providing high-quality and timely customer service by the Mortgage Portfolio team, ensuring customer satisfaction, team building and employee growth, process improvement, achieving operational goals, and sales results of bank products.
What You Will Do:
- Planning and organizing the work of the mortgage portfolio management team: You will set goals, ensure the efficient operation and performance of the team.
- Deliver outstanding customer experience and performance by implementing and executing local initiatives
- Be a role model and develop the team members through various leadership techniques (coaching, leading virtual teams, performance management etc.)
- Create an environment of business growth and lead the team to achieve targets set (KPIs, OKRs)
- Ensure following all necessary regulations, processes and procedures
- Ensure efficient staffing of the team through selecting and de-selecting team members and building a high performing team.
What We Expect:
- Leadership experience: 1+ year of experience managing customer service or sales teams.
- Previous experience in Mortgage lending area would be strong advantage
- Knowledge of customer and employee behavior patterns
- People and performance management skills
- Initiative and high-level of responsibility
- Ability to combine strategic thinking capability with hands-on approach
- Higher education in Economics, Business Administration or other
- Excellent communication skills. Local language is must and fluent English is required in spoken and written communication.

- Gross salary. 3260-4900 EUR/month, which is to be determined depending on your level of experience and competencies
