What You Will Do:

• Configuration Management: Coordinate and manage all configuration management activities, including planning, identification, control, status accounting, and audit.
• CMDB Maintenance: Create, maintain, and update the Configuration Management Database (CMDB) to ensure accurate and reliable information on Configuration Items (CIs) throughout their lifecycle.
• CMDB Data model: Manage the Common Service Data Model (CSDM) within the CMDB to support IT service management processes along with its evolution.
• Change Management: Control changes to configuration items and their documentation, ensuring that all changes are recorded, evaluated, approved, and implemented.
• Configuration Audits: Conduct configuration management audits to verify compliance with the configuration management plan and address any discrepancies.
• Team Management: Oversee the configuration management team to ensure effective implementation and maintenance of configuration management processes.
• Collaboration: Work with various teams, including IT, development, and operations, to ensure proper implementation of the configuration management plan.
• Collaboration with Asset Management: Work closely with the Asset Management team to ensure seamless integration and alignment between configuration and asset management processes.
• Documentation: Provide comprehensive documentation of configuration management processes, procedures, and standards.

What We Expect: 

Experience:

• Proven experience as a Configuration Manager or in a similar role, ideally in a highly regulated environment such as a financial institution.
• Knowledge of the Common Service Data Model (CSDM) and good understanding of CMDB data modeling.
• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow.
• Hands-on experience with Jira ITSM (added value) .
• Experience with Jira and Confluence, O365 suit,  BPMN tools.

Skills:

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Familiarity with ITIL framework and best practices.
• Good awareness of regulatory requirements and guidelines, such as DORA. 
• Fluent English is required in spoken and written communication
