We are seeking a strategic and result-driven Product Manager (Acquiring) to lead the development and lifecycle of our products. You will work cross-functionally with IT, sales, marketing, risk department, compliance, legal as well as with vendors to define product vision, gather and prioritize customer requirements, and deliver innovative solutions that meet market needs. We expect you to drive products/client needs from concept to launch. The ideal candidate has user-centric mindset and problem-solving skills.
What You Will Do:
- Acting as a bridge between business stakeholders, technical teams, and end-users to gather requirements and priorities
- Keeping an eye on competitors, market trends, and emerging technologies to enhance the product's competitive edge
- Develop new and improve existing allocated processes via clear structuring of product requirements, active engagement of stakeholders and transparent prioritization by following change management requirements
- Initiating product related projects to support long term product vision ensuring it aligns with the bank's strategic objectives
- Ensure right balance between business demands, compliance requirements, acceptable risks levels and technical capabilities.
- High level business requirements on expected features/functionality for assigned processes, lead cross-functional teams if needed to deliver this.
- Drive cross-team collaboration, working closely with various departments and other product managers, including but not limited to Technology, Legal, Risk, to ensure seamless product integration
- Close co-operation with business analysts to clarify, refine expected development
features/functionality - Coordination and implementation of assigned compliance initiatives (incl. initiation of closure of allocated audit, compliance, Oprisk gaps)
- Follow and analyze financial performance of the product, ensure that income and cost are allocated correctly in the financial reports
- Communicate and cooperate with Vendors, when needed agree on changes and/or new developments, manage the agreements, contribute to vendors management annual process.

- Using various analytics to understand the data and product statistics
- Understanding operational risks
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Analytical thinking and ability to make decisions quickly
- Fluent English and local language is required in spoken and written communication

- Gross salary. 2470 - 3710 EUR/month, which is to be determined depending on your level of experience and competencies
