Are you passionate about IT support and looking to make a significant impact within a dynamic team? We are now hiring 3 IT Service Desk Specialists.
What You Will Do:
- Providing the first line of IT support via phone to internal company customers.
- Handling self-service incidents, requests and tasks in ITSM tool: making sure issues are accurately identified and resolved or assigned to accurate support teams on time as per service level agreements.
- Maintaining and extending documentation in the knowledge base, ensuring it is accurate and up to date.
If you’re considering the Senior position, you will also be responsible for: - Maintaining Service Desk access management process.
- Preparing and owning new joiners training material.
- Onboarding and conducting trainings for new joiners.
- Offboarding process execution.
What We Expect:
- Excellent spoken and written English.
- Attention to details in analyzing technical problems.
- Analytical thinking to diagnose faults and provide solutions.
- Ability to explain technical things in a simple, user-friendly manner.
- Knowledge of common hardware and software applications.
- Demonstrated willingness to help colleagues and complete tasks in a timely manner.
- Ability to work with a rotating shift schedule (workdays only, 7 am – 7 pm).
- IT Service Desk experience / similar IT support / degree in Computer Science is a must.
