What You Will Do:
- Own and manage the end-to-end IT Change Management process, including Normal and Standard changes.
- Chair Change Advisory Board (CAB) meetings and hold veto rights on high-risk or non-compliant changes.
- Maintain the IT Change Calendar and ensure alignment with business priorities and service windows.
- Coordinate with stakeholders across IT, business units, and vendors to assess, authorize, and schedule changes.
- Analyze incidents linked to recent changes and initiate corrective or rollback actions as needed.
- Ensure all changes are properly documented, categorized, and tracked in the ITSM tool.
- Evaluate the risk and impact of proposed changes on IT services, infrastructure, and business operations.
- Act as the escalation point for change-related conflicts or exceptions.
- Be part of the central IT operations team ensuring day-to-day enablement of stability and compliance.
- Work with the Process Owner to define and communicate process rules, workflows, roles, responsibilities, and accountabilities.
- Monitor and supervise effectiveness of IT operations activities and recommend improvements.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and collaboration within the IT operations team.
- Contribute to team and company performance through effective networking, collaboration, and leading by example.
What We Expect:
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, analytical, decision-making, and stakeholder management skills.
- Familiarity with ITSM tools (e.g., ServiceNow, JIRA), IT infrastructure, and operations.
- Agile mindset and strong understanding of ITIL Change Control practices.
- Experience with cloud computing, networking, software development, cybersecurity, and database management.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field; Master's is a plus.
- ITIL certification preferred.
- Fluent English is required in spoken and written communication due to working on the Pan-Baltic level
