Are you passionate about cybersecurity and Microsoft cloud technologies? We’re looking for a Microsoft Security Engineer to strengthen our security posture and protect critical financial systems and data. Join our IT security team and play a key role in designing, implementing, and managing Microsoft security solutions across the enterprise.
What You Will Do:
- Design, implement, and manage Microsoft security solutions including Microsoft Defender XDR, Microsoft Sentinel, Defender for Identity, Defender for Endpoint, Defender for Cloud, and Purview.
- Monitor, investigate, and respond to security incidents
- Define and implement security policies using Microsoft Intune, Conditional Access, Identity Protection, and compliance tools.
- Collaborate with infrastructure, identity, and application teams to enforce security standards and controls across cloud and hybrid environments.
- Ensure alignment with regulatory frameworks and internal security requirements (e.g., ISO 27001, NIST, GDPR, CIS).
- Continuously assess and improve the security posture using Microsoft Secure Score and threat intelligence insights.
- Create and maintain clear documentation, runbooks, and standard operating procedures.
- Lead security projects and participate in internal and external audits.
What We Expect:
- 4+ years of hands-on experience in Microsoft security technologies and cloud security architecture.
- Strong experience with Microsoft 365 Defender, Azure Security Center / Defender for Cloud, SIEM, and Purview.
- Deep understanding of Azure AD, Conditional Access, and identity protection mechanisms.
- Experience in incident detection, investigation, and response (IDIR) workflows in enterprise environments.
- Solid scripting skills (e.g., PowerShell, KQL) for automation and reporting.
- Familiarity with regulatory compliance standards in financial services is a plus.
- Relevant certifications such as SC-200, SC-300, or SC-400 are highly desirable.
- Strong analytical, documentation, and communication skills.
- Fluent English is required in spoken and written communication
